Dean Li Guanghui Attended the "New Opportunities for Expanding into ASEAN" Matchmaking Session
During the presentation session focusing on the "2025 China Enterprise Outward Investment Report (ASEAN Volume)", Dean Li Guanghui pointed out that the report is based on the investment practices of Chinese enterprises in ASEAN and follows the logic of "trend analysis—environmental comparison—industry analysis—case validation—policy recommendations" to systematically analyze the overall trends of Chinese enterprises' investments in ASEAN, the business environment, and the pathways for industrial chain overseas expansion. The report focuses on key areas such as green economy, digital economy, and traditional manufacturing, and analyzes the industrial chain overseas model of Chinese enterprises characterized by "chain leader traction, multi-party collaboration, and local integration" through case studies of BYD, TikTok, and Qingshan Group. Finally, it proposes countermeasures and recommendations from three levels—government, industry, and enterprises—to provide data support and decision-making references for Chinese enterprises expanding into ASEAN.
Attending this conference and releasing research findings fully demonstrates China-ASEAN School of Economics's academic accumulation and think tank service capabilities in the field of China-ASEAN economic and trade cooperation research, highlighting the development achievements of the college rooted in Guangxi and deeply engaged in ASEAN characteristics. The School will continue to leverage its disciplinary and geographical advantages to deepen China-ASEAN economic and trade cooperation research, continuously enhancing its ability to serve national strategies and regional openness.
